These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The operator of the Site is identified on the Legal Notice page.
1. Age requirement
The Site is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By accessing the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Site
The Site presents creative work (films, photography, and related content) and contact information. While the Site is in portfolio / soft-launch mode, public member registration, paid subscriptions, and member-only areas are not available.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, video, design, logos, and trademarks — is owned by the Site operator or used with permission. No licence or ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Site. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download (except where the Site expressly provides a download), redistribute, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.
You may not use any content from the Site to train artificial intelligence, machine learning models, datasets, or similar technologies without prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, accounts, or systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site (including spam, flooding forms, or automated abuse);
- use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools except standard search engine indexing where permitted;
- use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes;
- misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
5. Contact form
Messages you send via the contact form must be truthful and lawful. We may decline to reply to abusive or spam messages. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We aim for availability and accuracy but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.
7. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Future services
When memberships, purchases, or other paid services launch, additional terms (including consumer rights under Swedish and EU law) will apply and will be published before those services go live.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under EU law if you are a consumer in another EU/EEA country.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
